Although his sweet spots are business litigation, bankruptcy and creditor/debtor rights, he also has extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial law, corporate law, real estate law and casino regulatory law.
Brian and his co-founder, Doug Ehrenworth, have stayed true to their original mission to provide the most professional, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients, some of whom have been with the firm since its inception in 1993.
Brian has served as the Secretary for the Supreme Court of New Jersey District X Fee Arbitration Committee. He has also been recognized as a New Jersey “Super Lawyer” in business litigation and has earned the AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards. This rating signifies that Brian’s reviewed peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for his legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards. Over the last several years, Brian has also followed his passion for theater and has become involved in a number of Broadway and Off-Broadway productions and other projects.
